We display an average order service time on our Home Page. All video is transferred in real time. Our service time also varies and will extend during busy periods, especially Christmas. The predicted time can change between you placing an order and it arriving in the studio. It is not possible for us to completely predict our work load at any given time so our quoted service times are an estimate. If you do have a specific deadline you are working to, such as an anniversary, birthday or funeral please Contact Us, we will do everything we can to help.
