 Your original tapes are returned to you. No charge for blank tapes or tapes we cannot transfer, other than our minimum order charge! (This will affect bulk discount prices.)

 Each tape will be transferred to its own DVD. On USBs, each tape will be a separate file.

 Reporting of any tapes we are unable to transfer is noted on the paperwork we return with your order.

 Pay only when we have finished transferring your order. No card or payment details are taken until the transfer is completed.

How much does it cost to convert VHS?

Our unit price to convert VHS to USB or DVD is £14.00. Although bulk orders offer a discount, with 10 units providing a rate of £13.00 per transfer and 20 units offering a rate of £12.50 per VHS conversion.

Mould on tapes. Mould on your tapes can be seen as white dust and growths on the spooled tape, it can be all over or in small spots. Sometimes we can successfully transfer tapes that are infected with mould so it is worth sending them to us. Occasionally, the mould sticks the tape to itself and causes the tape to continuously rip. There is nothing we can do with tapes that have this problem.
