FAQ

We transfer to DVD and to Digital files on USB. Our DVDs are DVD-R and conform to the DVD standard for play back on a DVD player or a computer with a software DVD player installed. Our digital files are supplied as MP4 (H.264) files supplied on a USB device. (1 file per video submitted and 1 USB device per order. This is both PC and mac compatible and ideal both for viewing and editing. MP4 files are compatible with many software packages and indeed playable on many smart devices such as TVs. Please check your device/software manual for compatibility
